What do I do if I have technical problems during the EAP?
Our support team is here to assist you 24/7/365. In addition, you could always contact our Product team if you have any feedback, questions or suggestions: [email protected]
What are the technical requirements to join the Early Access Program?
Imunify360 & cPanel are required to be installed on your server.
Can we test with a small subset of our site owners?
Yes. You can not only choose which servers to enable the SecureSite license on, you’ll also be able to choose which users on the server have access to the product.
Will there be any additional charges?
When the Early Access Program ends and SecureSite is available to all hosters, there will be a minimum monthly subscription price (per website) all hosters must adhere to. A percentage of this revenue will be shared with Imunify.
I have existing Imunify360 licenses, what is the added benefit of SecureSite?
The key benefit is added value directly offered to the site owner (i.e. your customers get features they are willing to pay for). We expect this value to result in additional subscription revenue for hosters.
